The purpose of homework is to help the students establish a study routine and reinforce the concepts and skills taught in class. Please check folders every night and return homework and/or important notices the following day unless stated otherwise. Please review work sent home each day.

Daily Homework
The children should be practicing writing their first and last name, recognition of upper and lower letters of the alphabet, consonant and vowel sounds, and recognizing and writing numbers 1-31. Skip count by twos, fives and tens. All papers should be reviewed each day with a grown up as well as HFW and CVC Words.

Tonight's Homework  

Math -  Practice join groups off objects together (addition).

Language Arts  -   Please practice reading the long vowel words.

Review HFW that have been introduced.
